Hi,

Whilst working on the "reproducible builds" effort [0], we noticed that
suomi-malaga could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch removes timestamps from the build system. Once
applied, suomi-malaga cannot *yet* be built reproducibly using our
reproducible due to an issue in malaga itself, but it is the only
blocker here.
