diffoscope at p.d.o is fine for diffoscope.  An alternative would be our
list address, but the former also forwards to the latter¹ so I'd prefer
to keep the @p.d.o one for now.

I'll test diffoscope and if you don't hear from me (in the form of bug
reports), everything is fine ^^
BTW, for diffoscope a test build using the new version of file is enough
of a test (in case you want to just do it yourself :)).
