I'm not sure it should; reprotest is generally designed to detect
issues, and this would set fixfilepath even though it's not the default,
possibly hiding issues that may need to be addressed in some other way.

The user can set DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS themselves and in my experience
reprotest respects it:

  DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=reproducible=+all reprotest ...
