deprecation of buildinfo.debian.net (NOT buildinfos.debian.net)

hi,

since a year or two I've been thinking we should deprecate
https://buildinfo.debian.net where "deprecate" probably means shutdown,
because it's a constant cause of confusion and thus waste time, while
I believe https://buildinfo.debian.net serves no real purpose anymore.
It has been useful in the past, but I believe there's no real usecase
left anymore, while it does cause confusion to someone every 3-6 months.

Or am I wrong, is there still someone using it for something?

Also, please note that I'm *NOT* talking about https://buildinfos.debian.net/
which is used for https://reproduce.debian.net/ which is our rather
new service to reproduce the binaries Debian distributes.

This post was triggered by me wanting to link the bugs relevant to
buildinfos.debian.net on reproduce.debian.net and realized I should link

#763822 ftp.debian.org: please include .buildinfo file in the archive
#929397 ftp.d.o: please upload LTS .buildinfo files to ftp-master

but not

#862073 ftp.debian.org: Please POST .buildinfo files to buildinfo.debian.net
#862538 security.debian.org: Please POST .buildinfo files to buildinfo.debian.net

and that we're missing a bug like #929397 but for the security archive
(because #862538 is about buildinfo.debian.net...)

Thus I'd propose to
- shutdown buildinfo.debian.net
- close #862073
- close #862538
- clone #929397 and retitle -1 to ftp.d.o: please upload security.d.o .buildinfo files to ftp-master

Feedback much appreciated.
