I have version .84 that came with MDK 8.2.  I can save to every other
file type ( tiff, jpeg, etc. ) just fine.  It happens in no matter what
settings I try even if I delete the settings folder.  It does not
happen when I let it autosence the location of the image but when I
change the location to scan it has the problem.  I'm using an Epson
1200U scanner.
