[sane-devel] Translations of SANE standard options (saneopts.h)

Hi,

I just committed a change to the po directory: All translations for options
contained in include/sane/saneopts.h are now in one single file per language
(e.g. saneopts.de.po). The backend po files are much smaller now.
Documentation is in po/README.

Currently only translations for Geramn language are available. The following
backends are translated:

epson
mustek
mustek_usb
plustek
pnm
umax

I can't test the epson and umax backend translations so please have a look at
them. 

I modified the frontend/test.c program to make it easier to test backend
option translations.The modified version can be downlaoded from
http://www.meier-geinitz.de/sane/download/test.c. Copy it to frontend/test.c
and do make test. "test backendname" will list all options and the
translations for title and description. The translations must have been installed in the system and the locale setting must be correct (e.g. LANG=de_DE).
