Probably should include dc240 and gphoto2.  All three of those backends
use the same jpeg code in pretty much the same way.  Unfortunately, 
I don't really have the time to work on this.  If someone else (especially
someone who has a DC-210 and could help ensure non-breakage) wants to 
work on this, it would be fine with me.
