I'm not sure if I understand you questions correctly. This list is
about SANE ("Scanner Access Now Easy") not TWAIN. I will try to answer
the question that is on-topic:

There is a driver for a Visioneer scanner, but not the StrobePro as

Looks like you are really talking about MS-Windows software, not Unix.
I guess you will get better answers from Vsioneer support and/or in
Microsoft newsgroups.

The above mentioned driver is for Unix.
