No not weird, quite normal, as the OP600, OP6000 and the OP4831P
are the same devices with different names and maybe different bodies...
You might enable the drivers debug output and send it to me:
Rebuild the pt_drv module with make DEBUG=y all and after
installing and loading, get the output with dmesg...
