[sane-devel] sane-find-scanner finds it, scanimage does not

Your /proc/bus/usb/devices output is incomplete: You've left out
a few lines that show which driver did recognize your scanner. You
need the first "I:" line after the "S:" lines describing your
device. Can you please provide this information.

One thing you definitely have to change is the permissions on 
the device file:

chmod 666 /dev/usb/scanner0
