[sane-devel] My Umax works well, now it hangs up?

I have well working Umax Astra 600S connected via INI9100U scsi card.
Week ago, it stop scanning. I think I do not change anything, but 
perhaps was installed new version of SANE automatically by debian.

I use xsane and it stop on initial dialog "listing avail. devices" (not 
sure about exactly phrase, because it is localized), then it hang up and 
only use a lot of CPU and scanner's lamp switch on. The dialog when I 
can choose which scanner I want use do not show.

Some debug info:
$ sane-find-scanner

/dev/sg1 is symlink in devfs to /dev/scsi/host1/bus0/target5/lun0/generic

BTW:
In syslog is this (nothing more):

I THINK that sane try if is par.port scanner attached - dunno.
