[sane-devel] /dev/ or devfs documentation

Hi, I don't have /dev/sg* , /dev/scanner or anything in /proc/scsi.

I stuggling to find docs that help me get sane setup! They all seem to 
assume you already have a dev entry for your scanner.

I'm using a mustek_pp (6000p) with devfs.

I've now turned ide-scsi off.

All I need is some docs. A while ago I used a howto from the mustek backend 
site but it doesn't seem to be thier anymore, has anyone got an address?
