Hi,

To make it work on my machine (debian stable) :

/etc/modutils/actions :
----------
post-install aha152x modprobe sg
----------

/etc/modutils/aliases :
----------
alias scsi_host aha152x
options aha152x aha152x=0x140,10
alias /dev/sg1  scsi_host
----------

If you don't own a debian, put these 4 lines into your modules.conf.
Else, don't forget the update-modules command on debian !!
