You read the headers and use one of the List-Unsubscribe methods, or
you hit the Web URL in the footer and use the field there for
unsubscribing.  Or you use the canonical -request address (the one in
the mailto: url in the header, in this case).

In short, you apply some minimal level of intelligence.
