The same way you subscribed to it. Read the mail you got when you
first subscribed to the list. Or read one of the reminders you get
every month. Or read the header of any mail sent to sane-devel:

Or just read the signature of any mail sent to sane-devel:

Go to the bottom of this page, enter your email address, press the
button, enter your password and press unsubscribe.

Don't take this personally, but I'm a bit surprised that despite those
many hints there are still some people who don't find out easily how
to unsubscribe. Am I missing anything? Doesn't the unsubscribe
function work?
