By the way: If you use standard options (from saneopts.h) in your
backend, they are most likely already translated. Adding SANE_I18N
stuff to the backends doesn't enable translation of the backend
options, they are already enabled. So if you just try
e.g. "LC_ALL=de_DE xsane" with your backend you should see at least
the standard options are in German.
