What do you mean with "wrong"? Maybe you use a way too old
SANE/Avision driver ...

Hm - no idea. I need a full log for this via:
SANE_DEBUG_AVISION=3D7 xsane

Sounds like a driver bug. I hope you just use a old version - if not I
need to trace this ...

Getting the SANE/Avision debug output via setting SANE_DEBUG_AVISION
for example to 7 - as shown above.
