[sane-devel] Urgent Need for XML Output from Kodak and HP Scanner

We are looking for references to Open Source software equivalent to ReadIRIS, Captiva, and
Kofax.  We would like to incorporate that software in our scanner-based voting system.

So far, we have found no scanners running on Linux.  HP might, but in any case we want to process the scanner output with a Linux-based Open Source program.  Please advise.
