[sane-devel] Epkowa failed to find all required interpreter API

Thanks for the advice, Olaf.

The Epkowa backed I had came from the Ubuntu libsane-extras package and
I didn't realise it was out of date.

I installed the iscan rpm and both Xsane and iscan are working well!
