Best scan something high as 2400 and compare the window descriptor sent. It 
also is possible that thw Windows driver maxes out at 1200 and interpolates 
the rest ...

I have SPECS from Avision I'm not allowed to hand them to 3rd parties. However 
the avision.c code should be easy to understand.
