It is.  I will sync the epkowa.desc file with epson.desc that's in CVS
and some tidbits about EPSON devices in unsupported.desc and submit a
patch after iscan-2.1.0 is released.
# The idea is to have info on *all* EPSON devices in epkowa.desc.
