Indeed, it's an EPSON Stylus CX4900/CX5000/DX5000.  That model has a
slot for storage media.  Storage media is typically handled as a SCSI
device under Linux.  Are you sure your GT-12000 is detected?

Unplug the USB device and have another look at your SCSI information.
I expect that nothing shows up anymore.  If that's the case, the
problem is before the backend and you should be looking at your SCSI
card first.
