Very likele to be a region specific version of the DX4400.

Yup, 0x083f's the product ID for the DX4400.

There is an "alpha" version available for the DX4400 (and a bunch of
other similar models) at:

Note, you have to install both iscan AND iscan-pluging-cx4400.
