[sane-devel] How do I scan as a normal user?

So, do I need to change udev rules for this? If so, how do I do that.
I have never dealt with udev rules before. I have both dev/bus/usb and
proc/bus/usb on my system. Which would I have to change, or would udev
rulles adjust both of them?
