excellent work, nicolas. I am in the process of rolling a sane release
now, so it's a little too late to get these changes in. But, if you
are willing to produce a patch we can apply after the release, we will
update the pixma backend with your code. As the original pixma author
seems MIA, i think that will be ok. Please note however, that the
pixma backend currently in sane has some fixes that are not in the
version on the original author's webpage, so you will have to re-base
your changes on that.
