I see that the french translation has not been changed since last time I
submitted (20030511), or the translator didn't add his/her name in the file,
which boils down to:
  $ cat sane-backends.fr.po |../tools/check-po.awk
  [--SNIP--]
  Translated     :  680 (82.0%)
        of which :    0 fuzzy ( 0.0%)
  Not translated :  149 (18.0%)
  Total          :  829

Too bad.. :-(

Anyway, I'll work on it starting tonight. My time table is as follows:
 - initial updated file submission: 20080113
 - one week review until 20080120
 - updated and fixed file submission : 20080124
 - then I'm no longer available (other duties)
