[sane-devel] patch for hp4570c scanjet

Hi,
   Here is the change to get the scanjet 4750c working.
Notes:   TMA adaptor does not seem to work properly,   it sends the scanner
carriage to the limit and requires power cycling the scanner to recover.
Using just the flatbed scanner works fine.
  Notes:  This patch applies against:  hp5590.c
