[sane-devel] Epson Perfection 2400 - conks out on desktop machine but works on laptop

As I am about to carry out other work on the desktop anyway, I am
wondering if it may be worth fitting a new USB controller - I have at
least one, if not two, in my spares box at present. If there may be any
chance of this working, I will try it... any advice would be
appreciated.
