[sane-devel] Ersatz for Iris Pen Translator/Express ?

Hello,

I wanted to buy an Iris Pen Translator or Iris Pen Express to be able
to scan extracts of books and barcodes,
but it does not seem to be linux-comptabile yet.

I wonder if a scanner with similar features supported by sane/linux exist,
does someone have a clue about this question ?
