[sane-devel] udev rule for Canon CanoScan LiDE 200

Hi all,

The Canon CanoScan LiDE 200 is supported by sane-backends genesys 
library in the development version. libsane doesn't seem to include a 
udev rule for it, unless it's in a development version of that. If not, 
here's the rule:

ATTRS{idVendor}=="04a9", ATTRS{idProduct}=="1905", 
ENV{libsane_matched}="yes"
