[sane-devel] How to pass a SANE_Handle through a Language Binding (both ways)

 I am writing a SANE binding for the Harbour language.  sane_open returns
a pointer to a SANE_Handle which needs to be used in subsequent calls. 
SANE_Handle is void *. I need to be able to pass this in both directions
through my binding.  Should I be casting the SANE_Handle to a ulong for
this purpose?
