[sane-devel] Best supported, affordable scanner?

Yep. Pretty broad ;-)

I've personally never found a scanner that doesn't work with Sane.
Many are just re-branding of some other scanner/brand. E.g. Samsung
and Xerox.

I guess you should look at this from a) your needs, b) then your local
market and _then_ c) when you have your short list post it here for
any compatibility issues or supported features.
