[sane-devel] Poor Quality, Large Files

The reason that libsane-perl is no longer in testing (i.e. only in
unstable) is that it doesn't pass tests on a sparc, and I don't have a
sparc to test it on, and haven't had time to go looking for one. It
works fine on i386 and amd64 and continues to be in Ubuntu releases.

A solution would be to install it manually from unstable. The other
dependencies should be no problem.
