Just installed iscan-2.28.0-2.ltdl7.x86_64.rpm and the data rpm also on 
openSUSE 12.1 RC2. Get the same error I got in 2.25 2.26. Does anyone 
know why their still using linpng12 Instead of 14. 

The error shown below occurs when scanning to printer as .png.

libpng warning: Incompatible libpng version in application and library
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
  what():  std::bad_alloc

The error shown below occurs when scanning to file:

450c:~> rpm -qa |grep libpng
I downloaded the source and try to compile it.
