[sane-devel] first trial with genesys hp2400c

Since the genesys driver for hp2400 is not ready I have reverted to
the elcot driver by restoring the hp2400 entry in dll.conf and
commenting it out in genesys.conf.

The problem was that via the Ubuntu Update Manager, my elcot driver
was relaced by the genesys one without my being aware of it.

When the genesys driver has been debugged I will go back to it.
Also, I am willing to cooperate if a developer wants it to be
given a trial on my laptop.
