[sane-devel] [patch] Addition to test backend

Hiroshi Miura found a bug in the Perl bindings for Sane (when Sane
returns data from sane_read(), but sets length to zero) which can not
be reproduced with the test backend from 1.0.22. He very kindly added
an option to do so:

I attach the patch, which I have only changed to correct the English.

I would be glad if it could be committed in some form.
