[sane-devel] Canonscan N 650U LIDE Scanner does not scan but makes terrible noise

Hi, I am currently experiencing the same problem.
I would be glad to help in troubleshooting it.
Canoscan N650U on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (x64)
