MacOS X Maverick, I installed all packages according to this page: http://www.ellert.se/twain-sane/

I’m able to scan using the command line as described here: http://www.ellert.se/twain-sane/faq.html

I have also made the SANE_DEBUG_CANON_DR file, where is a good place to post it? 22MB in size.

However the scanner does not show up in Printers and Scanners prefs pane, my question is how can I
"mount" the scanner that obviously works on command line in the world of Mac GUI?

I would like to scan to Preview.app, or does poppler work on a Mac?

The scanner is a Canon imageFORMULA DR-9050C, I also have a DR-6030C available, will try this one next.
