[sane-devel] Share a scanner via sane

My Epson scanner works fine connected via USB to Ubuntuserver 12.
Sane package is installed.
I try to share it on the LAN.
But I cannot find any of the file you mention in your tutorial (referring
to Ubuntu 11 and up):
- /etc/default/saned
- /etc/sane.d/saned.conf
- ...
(looked for with command "sudo locate", from root)

Service saned is unknown.

Could you help me, please?
