Hello Roger, Thank you. I've just tried by adding hpaio in /etc/sane-d/dll.conf. It did not avail. However, I shall note that this scanner is supposed having the backend of avision. And avision is listed on /etc/sane-d/dll.conf. Can someone provide a tip to troubleshoot the scanner? Kind regards, Xianwen
