[sane-devel] genesys Linux vs OSX

Hi,

I wrote a Sane GUI (OSX & Linux) for my HP ScanJet 2300C.

The 2300C uses Sane genesys.
In OSX I can use brightness and contrast, in Linux I get "unrecognized 
option brightness".

Can anyone tell me why.
