[sane-devel] [janitorial] Alioth → GitLab migration update

Hi all,

It's been about a month and a half since [my last janitorial][1], about
moving the Trackers to GitLab. Not much progress there. Fixed a few
bugs and kept up-to-date with Tracker changes. Lack of motivation is
preventing progress on code to convert and push issues to GitLab :-(

Different topic! About a week ago, mailing list subscribers that have
reminders turned on got an

 alioth-lists.debian.net mailing list memberships reminder

If you look carefully, you'll notice that that comes from a *different*
place as before. Our mailing lists were migrated mid April. The old
list address and list archive site's address forward to the new location
so "nothing" really changed. However, if you have mail filtering rules
that use any of the `List-*:` headers you will probably need to update
them. (Sorry for the belated notification)

Upcoming migration events (on the Debian side):

2018-05-17/20: cron jobs and websites disabled
 2018-05-31: Alioth goes off-line!

as per https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2018/04/msg00008.html

Hope this helps,
