[sane-devel] add support for ricoh aficio sp100su

Hi viruxx,

Based on your investigation and test program, I have created a quite simple,
but working backend. I have a bit different model of the scanner (sp111su),
but your program works for me, so I believe my backend will be working with
sp100su as well as with sp111su.

Folks,
the workflow of adding a new backend is bit unclear for me. Can I just
create a new branch and push my code there?
