Hi Anton,

I agree with Thierry, something wrong with your SANE installation. Your 
device should work out of box with both sane-escl and sane-airscan.

If his advise will not help, please, show us the output of the following 
command. Note, it can be long

   SANE_DEBUG_DLL=255 scanimage -L
