I've since added spell and link checking support and fixed up all the
spelling issues.  I also merged all the changes made in version 1.x to
the version 2 draft.  There were a few minor fixes made to version 2
that I "cherry-picked" into 1.x as well.

I've changed the website to point to the Sphinx version.

Created backends#254 for that so I don't forget.

I put a big "Draft" watermark on the version 2 HTML and PDF versions in
the hope that that prevents confusion.  In addition, all but the latest
tagged version now have HTML-only warning banners saying they are old or
a development version.

I also submitted website#35 for the removal of files there.
