I noticed this when preparing the Docker image for the Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
build that I added yesterday as well.

Strictly speaking, a C++ compiler is optional, of course ;-), but if you
want to build the genesys backend you need a C++11 compliant one.

# I have no devices that are supported by the genesys backend :-P
