Sorry, I missed the explanation:
<http|https>
for you it's http, so : escl:http://192.168.1.94:80
Add this line in /etc/sane.d/escl.conf
####### Add in escl.conf #######
device http://192.168.1.94:80 "Brother DCP-J772DW"
####### end escl.conf ############
