[sane-devel] scantpaper v3.0.15 released

Changes compared to v3.0.14:

* Add new metadata to suggestions
* Match metadata suggestions against any part of the entered text,
   ordering prefix matches above the rest
* Ensure progress bar is hidden after scanner error
* Fix untitled title in metadata
* Change page numbering to always run from 1-n with no gaps.
   Scanning reverse pages therefore interleaves.
