Hello,
I’m trying to use the Reflecta RPS 10S to scan 35mm film

I saw that the RPS 10M was supported by the pieusb backend, unfortunately it does not work with the 10S even though they have the same vendor ID and same product ID:

sane-find-scanner
...
found possible USB scanner (vendor=0x05e3, product=0x0144, chip=GL128) at libusb:002:003
…

Also, in ‘pieusb.conf.in’ I have found the following lines :
# Format
# usb <vendor-id> <device-id> <model-nr> <has-slide-transport>
#...
# Reflecta RPS 10M (aka Pacific Image PrimeFilm XAs)
usb 0x05e3 0x0144 0x0048 0x00

I thought that I could add the line for the RPS 10S but I cannot find the <model-nr>

I’m on macOS 26 if that helps,

Thanks,
Erwan
