I was asking because it seems that the -10 entry in the debian/changelog
is missing that's mean that some bugs closed in that upload are now
considered not fixed in unstable.

I wanted to look at #885771 (that prevents installing the -dev package)
and #888967, but I don't know if you already fixed them. Could you maybe
address this in an upcoming upload?
Did you saw that 20180114 has been release?
